Returns & Exchanges
At Project M Supps, we want you to feel confident in your fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your apparel, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and include the generated packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
